Side Discharge Tenders (16-24 Ton): Fast and efficient unloading translates into convenience and profitability in the fertilizer tender business.  That’s why rapid unloading is a design priority with Willmar tenders, whatever your size choice.  Their 10-inch augers transfer potash at up to 4,000 lbs. per minute and 40-degree fast flow sides keep material flowing out of the multiple compartment hopper.

Willmar tenders are manufactured from 409 stainless steel and finished with a special epoxy primer and modified acrylic urethane paint for maximum corrosion protection.  The 10-inch by 17-foot single piece, swing-away auger is also made of 409 steel and coated with the same corrosion resistant finish.
Multiple compartments enable simultaneous use of a single tender for seed, blended fertilizer and micronutrients or a single product.  Slide gates on each compartment offer individual hopper unloading, while a bottom dump gate offers pit unloading as well as fast hopper clean out.  When not being used for crop inputs, Willmar tenders are equally suited for feed and grain transport.

1. Side Gate Controls. Two easily sliding, stainless steel gate control handles provide individual hopper unloading. There is also a bottom dump gate with a wide opening for pit unloading.

2. Auger Control Valves. Located on the front left catwalk, there are separate controls for: on/off horizontal and side discharge; fold/unfold and raise/lowere auger control.

3. Side Discharge Auger. The one-piece, adjustable swing-away auger, engages with a spring-loaded back to eliminate spillage.

Rear Discharge Tenders
Loadrunner 10-Ton and 1600 Tenders:
Willmar’s truck-mounted 10- or 16-ton tenders are ideal for commercial fertilizer dealers, custom applicators and large farming operations. With two-large capacity hoppers that fee3d into one auger, these tenders can carry nearly any single, dry-material product and load an applicator or planter at up to two tons per minute.

Willmar tenders are manufactured from 409 stainless steel and finished with a special epoxy primer and modified acrylic urethane paint for maximum corrosion protection.  The 10-inch by 19-foot (or optional 21-foot on the 1600) rear-discharging augers are also made of 409 steel and coated with the same corrosion resistant finish.

1. Easy Clean-out. Clean-out is quick and thorough with 30° (Model 1600) or 40° (10 Ton) fast-flow, stainless steel sides.

2. Ladders. Rear-mounted ladders provide accessibility to the hoppers to improve the sightline of the fill and flow status.

3. Discharge Capacity. Capacities range form 2400 lbs. (5280 kg) of urea/minute to 4000 lbs. (8800 kg) of potash/minute.
