Fusion^® Dual-Bin Spreader Specifications:

• The GVM^® Fusion^® offers unique control systems that offer special features of controlling the 34" BOC drag to ground speed regardless of varying terrain. With the unique spinner design and the ability to automate our spinner speeds within 3%, gives the Fusion^® a constant spread pattern. You are able to hook into a Viper DGPS controller to apply rates according to the variable rate map.
• The PWM hydraulic system is not only easy to maintain but boast of spreading rates as low as 100 lbs. of fertilizer per acre and as high of over 3-Ton of lime per acre at speeds of over 12 MPH. The Raven^® 180 count sensor will give you even better accuracy.
• With the patented PWM controlled, 24" 304 S.S. spinner design, the Fusion^® will spread the most accurate and widest pattern in the world. The Commercial heavy-duty gear motors with double bearing output shafts are bottom mounted to a 1/4" 304 S.S. spinner nest assembly. Also standard is a quick-change 304 S.S. uniquely designed lime and fertilizer funnel with hillside divider.
• #4–34" Belt-Over-Chain (BOC) conveyor system includes a heavy-duty pintle chain with a multi-ply belt riveted (5 rivets per crossbar) to the crossbars with solid rubber sealer strips and new style twin-line chain oilier with clear sight-gauge tubing. A unique inverted removable V-Shield was developed to reduce the chance of lime bridging and protects the conveyor system. Rawson 6:1 reduction dual-pinion spur gear drive with two hydraulic Charlyn motors drives the conveyor chain.
• The Fusion^® Hopper Design is built one of the Toughest in the Spreading Industry. All 304 S.S. Body Construction: 10 Gauge Hopper and 7 Gauge Sub Frame with 4" x 2" x ³/₁₆" S.S. cross tubes. Also has a 304 stainless removable inverted V-shield to keep excess wait off the belt. Includes specialty designed four point attach locations for full flotation combo mount.
• A bolt-in rear endgate that matches the steel of the spreader.
• Fusion^® Hopper:
  The Fusion^® 5' x 95 cubic ft dual hopper insert is constructed of heavy-duty 304 unpainted stainless steel.
  The Fusion^® hopper is equipped standard with a 27" #4 Belt-Over-Chain conveyor system.
