GREGSON pull type agricultural sprayers make up the key product of the company. Models are offered from 110 to 1,600 gallons with a choice of self supporting manual or hydraulic booms to 120 feet. All sprayers are assembled using top quality American made components such as Hypro pumps, Norwesco crop care tanks, Raven controls and Spraying Systems manifold, tips and valve. Air assisted system. While many valuable options are available to increase effectiveness under various conditions, GREGSON has developed and experienced for many years one option that stands above the rest especially when systemic fungicides are required to fight plant diseases. This option called air assisted spraying which uses forced air to help droplets reach the underside of the plant canopy, is recognized as being very effective in providing the best coverage and penetration. Air assisted spraying can also reduce drift under windy conditions and thus procure substantial savings in costly solutions while achieving the best application possible on the lower leaves and stems. X Series—500, 750 and 1000 Gal. Large working platform accessible from both sides. • Bolted axles can be switched from 60-72 in. to 120 in. fixed or 60-120 in. hydraulic adjustable (hydraulic axle available on 1000 only). • Easy access to spray controls for maintenance. • Parallel lift with hydraulic suspension standard (36 in. stoke). • 85 gallon rinse tank located on top of main tank, right over the axle to keep the machine well balanced. • Short overall frame helps making tight turns in the field and for transport. • 500 and 750 gal. can be equipped with any manual fold and Vanguard hydraulic fold boom from 45-90 ft. 1000 gal. can also be equipped with Concord booms up to 120 ft. Z Series—1000, 1300 and 1600 Gal. Same basic features as the 500, 750 and 1000X, plus: • Longer arms of the parallel lift allow more height adjustments of the boom (45 in. vs. 36 in. for other models). • Longer frame better suited for longer booms to reduce cab interference. • 60 to 120 in. hydraulic adjustable axle available on both models • 100 gal. rinse tank located in between the arms of the lift system improves visibility at the rear of the sprayer on the road. • Boom sizes from 60 ft. to 120 ft. in bi-fold or tri-fold design.
